About the role

As organizations continue their digital transformation, the importance of standardized business processes and systems grows. A well-implemented Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system — and increasingly also Asset Performance Management (APM) — enables efficiency, reduced stock inventory, improved budgeting information, and fact-based decision-making.

As an EAM Consultant at MaxGrip, you will help clients take asset management to the next level. You lead and support EAM and APM projects, working closely with stakeholders to translate complex challenges into measurable improvements. With your expertise in leading software platforms and your strong change management skills, you ensure that plans become tangible results — not just PowerPoint slides.

 

What you will do

  •        Evaluate clients’ current maintenance and asset management processes and recommend improvements within EAM solutions.

  •        Implement and optimize EAM systems in collaboration with MaxGrip partners and colleagues.

  •        Guide stakeholders through change, securing long-term adoption and results.

  •        Scope projects, define deliverables and governance structures, and take a leadership or supporting role where needed.

  •        Work in multidisciplinary teams, advising clients at both strategic and operational levels.

  •        Contribute to the further development of our EAM practice, refining our offerings to meet the needs of current and future clients.

About you

  •        Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Technology;

  •        Experience or familiarity with implementing EAM systems such as like Maximo, Ultimo, Infor, SAP PM

  •        You are analytical, adaptable and have excellent communicative skills;

  •        You are able to lead a change and get others to adopt new ways of working;

  •        Fluency in Dutch and English (written and spoken).
