About the role

In the role of Brand & Events Specialist, you don’t just organize events and campaigns, you shape how industry leaders perceive MaxGrip worldwide. The stories you tell and the experiences you create make our expertise visible, strengthen our reputation, and contribute directly to business growth. Every project you deliver has a tangible impact: on our brand, on our clients, and on the future of asset management. The variety, the collaboration with colleagues across the globe, and the visible outcomes make this a role that gives genuine satisfaction and pride.

 

What you will do

  • Event Management - Take the lead in organizing online events such as webinars and offline events such as roundtables and trade show participation, with the goal of increasing brand awareness and ROI (qualified leads)

  • Event Strategy - Develop and implement an event strategy that aligns with MaxGrip’s global marketing strategy, brand positioning, and growth objectives

  • Content Creation - Create and edit creative, engaging content across all owned and earned media. Develop and manage written and visual materials such as customer success stories, whitepapers, and social posts. You are able to translate technical topics into attractive content for our target audiences

  • Digital Channels - Manage digital channels such as the website and LinkedIn (content management and monitoring). This also includes optimizing web content according to the latest SEO insights

  • Brand Consistency - Safeguard brand consistency across all our communications and event expressions. Ensure a uniform and professional appearance of all marketing activities and communication materials

  • Employer Branding – Work with HR and recruitment to strengthen MaxGrip’s employer brand by creating content and initiatives that highlight our culture, values, and employee experiences to attract top talent

  • Collaboration - Work closely with consultants, Sales, HR, suppliers, and clients worldwide to increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads

 

 About you

  • We are looking for a versatile professional who is eager to learn and passionate about working in a dynamic international environment.

  • Experience in organizing (international) events and/or trade shows, both physical and online

  • Proven experience in branding, content, and communications with excellent language skills in both Dutch and English (C1 level). You can translate technical input into accessible content

  • Strong in planning, working independently, and managing multiple projects simultaneously

  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders

  • 7+ years of proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably in an international and technical environment
