About the role
As the HR Manager, you play a vital role in translating our corporate strategy into tangible HR operations. It’s a dynamic role that combines strategic foresight with hands-on day-to-day responsibilities. You collaborate closely with the HR team to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and provide guidance on regional HR coordination across the company, globally.
You are a trusted sparring partner to the Board of Directors, the MaxGrip Leadership Team, and employees. Leveraging your strong interpersonal skills and professional expertise, you support a well balanced approach that aligns organizational objectives with a people-centric culture – supporting personal development, performance and sustainable growth.
In this role, you:
Translate strategic HR priorities into actionable plans in collaboration with the HR team and regional stakeholders;
Contribute to and coordinate daily HR operations and ensure consistency in implementation across all regions;
Advise and support management on HR topics as workforce planning, talent development and performance management;
Help shape and improve local and global HR policies;
Act as a liaison between business needs and HR execution;
Stimulate and support a culture of learning, agility, and continuous improvement;
Contribute to cultivating an inclusive workplace and promoting diversity and equity across the organization;
Leverage HR data and analytics to support evidence-based decision-making and continuous improvement;
Contribute to the professionalization and further digitalization of HR.
About you
A relevant Bachelor’s degree with at least 8+ years relevant work experience;
Strong advisory skills; able to act as a sparring partner for leadership and employees;
Proven ability to translate business strategy into HR execution and coordinate across regions;
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills;
Demonstrates a growth mindset and passion for innovation within the HR field;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English.
