About the role
We are looking for a driven Reliability Engineer/Consultant who knows there way around maintenance & reliability to join our team in the USA. As a consultant, you will play a key role in advising clients on how to improve their practices in Asset Performance Management (APM) and/or Enterprise Asset Management (EAM). You will be responsible for shaping innovative maintenance & reliability processes, train and coach clients in implementing and deploying solutions, and executing projects in a way that impacts the organization and the bottom-line.
- Take ownership of projects from start to finish;
- Develop maintenance strategies, conduct risk analyses and prepare long-term maintenance plans;
- Optimize and implement maintenance processes;
- Identify key areas where maintenance has the largest impact;
- Utilize cutting-edge technologies and data analytics to optimize asset performance;
- Identify improvement opportunities and implement new practices in industry 4.0 and digitalization;
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in maintenance and asset management.
About you
- (Ing.) Degree in a technical engineering discipline or a comparable level achieved by working experience;
- Experience in asset management and familiarity with methodologies such as RCM, RCA & FMECA, or the motivation to develop your knowledge;
- You are analytical, adaptable and have excellent communicative skills;
- You are able to lead a change and get others to adopt new ways of working;
