About the role
As a Sales Manager, you are responsible for generating new business opportunities and expanding the existing customer base within capital-intensive industrial markets and regions. You play a key role in developing and implementing the MaxGrip sales strategy, working closely with the VP of EMEA, Marketing, and other account managers. You conduct market and competitive analysis and translate your insights into concrete growth initiatives and customer solutions.
Actively identify, approach, and acquire new clients;
Build and maintain accounts, focusing on sustainable collaboration;
Develop and implement strategic account plans and sales strategies;
Identify growth opportunities through market and competitive analysis;
Initiate conversations with prospects and clients, analyze their challenges, and develop tailored solutions;
Prepare quotes and tenders, including accurate follow-up of the sales pipeline;
Manage the sales pipeline and achieve predictable, profitable growth;
Collaborate with internal teams to strengthen propositions and market approaches;
Represent MaxGrip at trade fairs and networking events.
About you
Bachelors degree with 3-5 years of experience in a B2B environment;
Affinity with technology and a passion for working with people;
Familiar with Maintenance Methodologies or motivation to learn them;
Strong communicator, commercially assertive, and a true networker;
Curious, proactive, and solution-oriented.
